I use Best Sleep every night, just a roll on my wrist and sometimes a little on the pillow, brilliant blend. The Cold & Flu blend is really really good and I love the smell of the stress blend. It actually lasted all day and worked like magic. Will be buying more of all the above. I also had a broken roller under the cap and Shannon replaced it right away along with an oil of my choice.
